2 questions: Will Warmboard be effective in larger, 2 story homes of approximately 10,000 sf? What do most homebuilders/owners do about air conditioning?
VERY effective. We do many large homes like this every year. For air conditioning, central air still the most common. Though we highly recommend ductless mini-split system which can be zoned and easily hidden in smaller spaces.
