Thermostat Sensor Error

Error Code EB: MINOR
A Thermostat is reporting a missing temperature sensor. The related zone may not be effectively controlled until the condition is corrected. Contact your HVAC professional for assistance.

Solution:

A thermostat is reporting a temperature sensor error. It’s possible that the temperature sensor has become disconnected from the circuit board. As a result, the related zone may not function effectively until the condition is corrected. Refer to a thermostat’s error message to identify the affected components. Contact an HVAC professional or Warmboard technical support for further assistance.

Pull the thermostat away from the wall. Reconnect the ribbon cable in the bottom left corner of the device. Reset the thermostat by navigating to the “settings” menu and pressing the “Reset” button or simply pull the thermostat from the wall and then reconnect it. If this error persists, contact Warmboard for replacement.
