Actuator Missing

Error Code E7: MINOR
A Manifold Controller is reporting a missing actuator. The actuator may have failed or become disconnected. The related loops will not function until the condition is corrected. Contact your HVAC professional for assistance.

Solution:

An actuator has been reported missing from a Manifold Controller (MC). As a result, loops impacted by that actuator will not function correctly until the issue is resolved. Refer to your thermostat’s error message to identify the affected components. Contact an HVAC professional or Warmboard technical support for further assistance.

Locations of Manifold Controllers can be found in the WCS plan set. Manifolds are generally found near other mechanical equipment or in a cabinet, which is often built into the back of a closet or a comparable location. Each manifold is accompanied by a Manifold Controller, which is a small, white box with a handful of lights and connected actuators.

A port with a yellow light on the MC will indicate which actuator is missing or malfunctioning. Check the connection of the corresponding wire. If all connections are verified and the condition persists, reach out to Warmboard technical support.
