 Supply Sensor Error

Error Code E6: CRITICAL
The Supply temperature sensor has malfunctioned. The Supply sensor may have failed or become disconnected. Some features may be disabled until the condition is corrected. Contact your HVAC professional for assistance.

Solution:

The Supply temperature sensor is not currently being read by the Smart Reset Controller (SRC). Contact an HVAC professional or Warmboard technical support for further assistance.

To verify connection of the sensor, access the SRC within the Warmsource and ensure the sensor’s connector is seated firmly on the terminal labeled “Supply”. Next check that a temperature reading is displayed in the “Status” menu of the SRC. You may need to exit and reenter the “Status” menu for an updated reading.

If the Supply Temperature sensor is still not being read, contact Warmboard support for replacement parts.
