Boiler Failure

Error Code E1: CRITICAL
The boiler is not heating properly and has been unable to reach the proper operating temperature after 60 minutes of continuous heat output.

Solution:

The boiler has not reached proper operating temperature after 60 minutes of continuous heat demand. Check the boiler’s LCD display for lockout conditions or sensor errors, then contact a heating professional. Refer to the equipment Installation and service manuals for troubleshooting tips or contact Warmboard technical support for further assistance.

Be aware: Temporary site conditions may be responsible for this fault. Examples include open windows, snow buildup, high winds, nearby construction, low propane, or other conditions that weren’t present at the time of unit commissioning.
