What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team of motivated colleagues who take great pride in supporting each other as we bring superior heating, comfort and energy efficiency to an appreciative customer base. The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to drive online awareness of the Warmboard brand. You will also manage senior-level relationships with digital marketing partners and help build new connections to deliver the greatest return from our marketing investment.

A functional mastery of the online environment and the tools necessary to formulate and guide our digital strategy is required. A thorough understanding and proven track record using digital media, social platforms, keyword advertising, search engine optimization, and email marketing is must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and success managing change in a fast-paced environment is necessary. A degree in Marketing is a plus, but not a requirement. We look at the whole person in evaluating each new hire, and value curiosity, creativity, and the willingness to learn above all.


  • Work with clients, technical and sales staff to create content for our social channels and blog. This will involve phone calls with clients, writing, gathering media and optimizing for SEO where applicable
  • Develop monthly email blasts for both national and/or regional distribution
  • Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Bing accounts. Use your mastery of both platforms to optimize impressions, conversions and spend for various markets and demographics
  • Create ads, landing pages and use tracking and A/B testing to measure results
  • Work with our Creative/Brand Manager to find new opportunities to expand our online presence through new initiatives and advertising opportunities
  • Limited use of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
