A five-bedroom home in Illinois has recently been put on the market in Oak Lawn, complete with more than 4,000 square feet of finished living space in this single family residence, according to the Oak Lawn Patch.

Along with the massive common living space, the residence also comes with a two-car heated garage and a circular driveway. The house is designed to accommodate a growing family that is interested in having a modern residence that comes complete with all of the latest amenities, reported the news source.

New granite countertops in the kitchen highlight a room that also features stainless steel appliances and fixtures, a large central island and large windows, according to the Patch.

The house also features several new bathrooms located throughout the house, and is outfitted with a radiant heating system to help families combat the warm Illinois winters, reported the news source.

Radiant heating systems can also act as a subtle way to heat a home, as the technology does not require the presence of unsightly heating ducts, radiators or air vents.
