A new condo has been placed on the market in St. Louis, Missouri, as the residence features an expansive panoramic view of the entire downtown area while also being outfitted with the latest amenities and technology, according to the Clayton-Richmond Heights Patch.

The new residence features modern appliances in the kitchen, new fixtures in the bathrooms and an open-floor plan. A spacious balcony and a 17-foot-by-12-foot terrace are available for individuals to take in views of the St. Louis skyline, reported the news source.

A new stone fireplace, a completely furnished master bedroom and guest rooms that are equipped with the latest technologies are some of the improvements that have been made to the penthouse that is located on Maryland Avenue, the Patch reported.

The 11-foot ceilings and expansive windows that the residence comes with make for a large and comfortable living room area, and the radiant heated floors of the two bathrooms help to provide the maximum level of comfort, according to the news source.

Radiant heating systems effectively heat residences with high ceilings, as the temperature difference between the floor and ceiling is only two to three degrees, as opposed to the more than 10 degrees that a traditional forced-air system offers.
