Modern homes have sold for high prices on the market recently, as the value of these houses is often increased by their sustainable design and the technology that is featured, such as radiant heating systems.

A new desert house in New Mexico has been announced as one of the modern dome homes, the latest of spherical designs that combine comfort and aesthetics through the use of technology and innovative styles, according to Forbes.

Made of curious spherical shells, this new residence was designed as a modern home that comes complete with all of the amenities that one would expect from a top-end house in today's market, the news source reported.
