A new condo complex will soon be opened in Tsawwassen, British Columbia. The Vancouver Sun reports that the project includes 490 separate residences located in four different condos - 296 homes and 194 detached properties.
The detached properties range from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet and the condos are 754 to 2,079 square feet. According to the news source, the detached properties start at $819,000, while the condos are $379,000.
Each of these properties provide a number of high-quality amenities to residents and guests. The cozy community was given a real resort atmosphere to promote relaxation for homeowners. The Vancouver Sun reports that the homes are bright and modern in design, with 10-foot ceilings, large windows and radiant floor heating.
The energy-efficient utility option is sustainable and allows a homeowner to select the temperature he or she wants, and every corner of a space is filled with heat. The heating solution is green and effective - the best of both worlds, without making a homeowner forgo comfort.
When a homeowner is indoors, he or she can benefit from the engineered hardwood floors, low VOC paint, spacious garages, low E windows and multi-fold glass doors that connect the outdoors to the interior living spaces. A number of green materials and systems were installed inside and outside the condos to promote sustainability. According to the news source, more than 600 trees were transplanted around the construction site.
For potential homeowners looking for a luxury property that features eco-friendly technologies and materials, one of the condos in Tsawwassen Springs may be the right answer.
