The current market conditions and recent improvements made to residences across the U.S. have made the time right for homebuyers to go out and purchase the house of their dreams, according to Moe Veissis, the president of the National Association of Realtors.

"For those with good credit, we’ve never seen better housing affordability conditions or market opportunities than we see at present," the head of the organization said in a statement.

Westport Now reported that the evidence backing his statement came from the organization's Housing Affordability Index report for the first quarter of 2012. This research outlines how the current market conditions are perfect for anyone looking to invest in a new residence.

The report measures the relationship of median prices to median family income and the average mortgage rate, and this index rose to 205.9 for the first time since 1970, according to the news source.

Along with the relative affordability of many residences in the U.S., there has been an increased use of specific products and technologies that add to the value of any home. Products once considered a luxury, such as radiant heating systems and central air conditioning, are now increasingly available in homes across the country.

The use of radiant heating in a home not only provides for a higher level of comfort for homeowners and their families, but also limits the amount of energy that is used, thus lowering the electricity bill for each month.

A Warmboard radiant heating system is the most efficient product available in the sector, as this technology helps to limit energy use even more because of its highly-efficient design. The aluminum paneling that is used to deliver warmth is more conductive than the material used in the products of its competitors, delivering savings that cannot be matched.
