The Harlem development "Windows on 123 Lofts," is half sold, according to a statement from the property marketing team, as the units located in the heart of the historic New York City district have found buyers in no time due to their expansive offerings, The Real Deal reported.

According to the news outlet, the units range in price from $995,000 to $1.3 million and despite this high asking price, the amenities that are offered and the location of the lofts has led to a high level of interest from buyers.

"There is nothing quite like [Windows on 123 Lofts] on the market and we are anticipating a quick completion of sales of the remaining units," Stephen Kliegerman, president of Halstead Property Development Marketing, said in a statement. "Buyers are drawn to its unique design, premium finishes, incredibly spacious floor plans, and great outdoor spaces."

The development has a private roof deck, a virtual doorman, parking, marble and porcelain tile bathrooms, along with expansive views of the city. According to The Real Deal, the properties all come with radiant floor heating, adding to the level of comfort for property owners.

The use of radiant floor heating is something that many developers and property manager rely on to show potential buyers the high level of comfort that they can feel in a residence, as the warm floors and radiant nature of the product often shock people who walk into a room.

Products like a Warmboard radiant heating system allow for this level of comfort to be achieved, while also helping owners cut long-term heating costs and consumption. The systems are good for the green, both in terms of the tenant's wallet and the environment.
