The Seattle, Washington, Capitol Hill neighborhood is known for establishments that rely on posh and decadence, but the Mexican restaurant Poquitos has become a local favorite due to its combination of freshly prepared food and comfortable seating, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.

Each seat comes with its own heater, while the restaurant features a radiant heating system that allows for customers to enjoy their burritos and tacos in a comfortable atmosphere.

A radiant heating system allows establishments to provide an efficient source of heat while minimizing the appearance of unsightly products like radiators and heating ducts.

The news source reported that the success of the restaurant - only six months old despite the already massive customer base - is a combination of location and culture.

"We knew from the population density and the foodie culture that it would hit the ground running," Rich Fox, general manager of the restaurant, told the Journal. "For Seattle, Capitol Hill is the best urban neighborhood. It’s become a destination area. And some people who live here never leave the Hill. So you know people will be out for more than just the weekends."
