A old colonial in the Providence, Rhode Island area has been remodeled in an effort to include more modern technology and newer amenities that may work to increase the overall value of the property, according to the Providence Journal.

The first floor of the residence has been outfitted with the latest in kitchen appliances and new flooring that highlights a modern touch on a classically designed house, reported the news source.

Along with a remodeled first floor, the house will feature a series of technological advances throughout, and has been outfitted with more modern gutters, siding and outdoor features that will increase the value of the home, reported the Journal.

The bathrooms, which are completely redone to include the latest fixtures and designs around the exterior of the tub and shower, are all outfitted with radiant heating systems to provide the owner with maximum comfort when stepping onto the floor, according to the news source.

Radiant heating systems can offer the owner of a residence comfort throughout a house, as the technology provides a more uniform distribution of heat than a traditional forced air system.
